I haven’t posted in a bit.
The vegan diet has been going well. I’m over any cravings for cheese and such. That is a great feeling.
I haven’t lost any weight though. So, I’m upping the ante. I’ve been on the Eat to Live plan for 4 days now. I’ve lost 3lbs already. I’m very happy with the whole thing as it makes my choices much simpler. I haven’t cheated at all yet and have only eaten veggies, fruit and beans with some spices and vinegar thrown in for a little added flavor.
I’m hoping to lose 20lbs this month. 30 would be wonderful!
